Frozen fruit is actually a winemaker's secret weapon—the freezing process breaks down the fruit’s cell walls, releasing deeper colors and more intense flavors than fresh fruit alone.

We’ve made it easier than ever to turn that "frozen hoard" into a refreshing, low-alcohol fruit cooler or a crisp, full-Fruit Forward wine. You bring the fruit; we do all the work and provide the expertise. You get your wine your way. we let the wine sit in climate-controlled space to let it age to perfection. Minimum 6 to 8 weeks.

Drop by with your frozen fruit anytime during open hours Tues to Saturday 10am until 4pm.

Batch Sizes 3 gallon/5gallon/6gallon of Fruit Required (Approx. 3–5 lbs/gal)

Service Fee-includes all the necessary ingredients to make a batch of fruit wine, cider, or coolers.
