Returns & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Brewers Corner. To ensure the quality of our brewing environment and the safety of our customers, the following return policy applies to all online and in-store purchases:
1. 14-Day Return Window
All returns must be initiated and physically completed within 14 days of the original purchase or the date the order was marked "Ready for Pickup."
2. In-Store Processing Only
To maintain the integrity of our products, we do not accept returns via mail. All items must be physically brought back to our store location at 3398 Norwell Drive, Nanaimo for inspection.
3. Final Sale Items (No Returns)
Due to health and safety regulations, the following items are strictly Final Sale:

All Food-Grade/Grocery Items: This includes wine kits, juice bladders, yeast, additives, oak chips, honey, and any other fermentation ingredients.

Used Equipment: Any equipment that has come into contact with liquids or ingredients cannot be returned.

Service Fees: Once a "Yeast Pitching" or "Brewing Session" has commenced, all labor and facility fees are non-refundable.
4. Eligible Returns (Equipment & Hardware)
Unopened, unused hardware (e.g., carboys, hydrometers, corkers, brushes) in their original packaging may be returned for:

Store Credit: For the full purchase price.

Partial Refund: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all refunds issued to the original payment method to cover processing and logistics costs.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If a product is defective or arrived damaged from our supplier, please bring the item and your receipt to the store immediately. We will work with the manufacturer to provide a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you.
