How it Works: U-Brew at Brewers Corner
Making your own wine, beer or cider is easy and mess-free!

The Start: You bring in your bulk fruit or cider apples (or choose one of our quality kits).

The Magic: You pitch the yeast to officially start the fermentation process—this makes it your personal batch.

The Nap: We take over from here! We monitor the fermentation, rack the wine to clear it, and handle all the heavy lifting and "science" in our temperature-controlled facility.

The Finish: Once your brew is clear and delicious, we’ll call you to book a bottling appointment. You come in, use our professional equipment to sanitize your bottles, fill them up, and take your custom creation home!

  • What is the Service Fee?
    The service fee is a requirement to have a brew on premise liquor license, its what allows us to turn your kits and raw fruit into a professional-grade alcoholic beverage. Your are basically renting an available production space to turn your fresh, frozen fruits and kit items into alcohol.

This fee covers: Our time producing your product, The space in our facility, the Expertise and Careful monitoring, testing, and racking , clearing stabalizing. The use of Professional Equipment like filtering systems, and sanitizers, bottle washers/fillers.

  1. The Space: We provide the sanitized, climate-controlled environment your wine needs to age perfectly—so you don't have to clutter your kitchen or garage.
  2. Service Fee Consumables: Use of our high-end sanitizers, commercial filters, and specialized brewing tools.
  3. Why a fee? By providing the service in our facility, while you provide the fruit, the kit, buy the non taxed kits from us, you avoid the heavy "liquor taxes" found on store shelves. You get a premium product at a fraction of the retail cost, with none of the cleanup!
