Fresco wine kits 100% must are available to order for a limited time every Fall and Spring.

Available every spring, but for a limited time only! And only by pre-order. Each 23 L/6 US gal pail is supplied with the right balance of oak chips (if you want them), and the level of toast, as well as the quantity, have been matched to each individual Fresh Grape Must.

Unlike our kits and Alljuice pails, the Fresh Juices do not come with any yeast, nutrients, potassium metabisulfite, potassium sorbate, fining agents, or labels.
