Fresco wine kits 100% must are available to order for a limited time every Fall and Spring.

Available every spring, but for a limited time only! And only by pre-order. Each 23 L/6 US gal pail is supplied with the right balance of oak chips (if you want them), and the level of toast, as well as the quantity, have been matched to each individual Fresh Grape Must.

Unlike our kits and Alljuice pails, the Fresh Juices do not come with any yeast, nutrients, potassium metabisulfite, potassium sorbate, fining agents, or labels. We call or email you about the pick-up date. If making in our U-brew Facility we will call or email to let you know when to come in to add any ingredients as well as sign the customer agreement and pay the service fee.
